• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable food items, including all food premixes, once opened or the seal is broken
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or after the "best before" date
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
• Products where the return request is made after 24-48 hours of delivery (for perishable/food items)
• Gift cards, if applicable

Need a different flavour or pack size? The fastest way is to return the unopened, sealed item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product. This ensures you get what you want before it sells out! Please note: opened or used packets cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Once we receive the returned item, your exchange order will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
